Don't dislike anything. Expect it is the technology magazine it is in question. Oh it's a shop with lots of exciting good stuff. Definitely a good shop to recommend.
Not the friendliest staff. But has a nice assortment of electronics
My family and I buy a fridge here and ordered with home delivery as well. The customer manager who met us was angry and irritable from the moment we said hello. I work with customers and service myself, and could never behave like that to one of my clients. We also agreed to drive on a Friday between 16 and 22. We sat at home and waited and waited, but no driver or refrigerator showed up. This is really weak. So now we sit here without the fridge that did not arrive at the scheduled time. Instead, order their goods somewhere else where they hold deals and are nice to the customers.
Have experienced lousy customer service repeatedly here. Long wait and terrible customer care. Only pigs are employed here.
Registration of the product went fast, but the queue at checkout was as long as on Vinmonopolet, a small Christmas Eve in the 80s. Cut the queue and ask them to unsubscribe. In stores I expect employees.
Kitchen accessories, electronics ... There's a little bit of everything. Interesting especially for calling products / promotions.
Great support and helpful but the product seems a bit cheap.
If one is used to German specialty markets, then of course shock the prices, but the selection is good and the staff friendly.
You can find all the electronic devices here. You can also check in Power website the availability of devices. Easily exchangeable, cash back anad good servicing. About staff behaviour, it depends on person to person. Last time the person who was attending and helping in finding things was not good. Very misbehaving and using bad language and words. But today the service staff (who was at the service counter ) was very well behaved and kind, also the cashier.
Incredibly bad. Bought a bell strap for my smart watch, and according to the picture and description on the online store, it should contain 3 pins to attach the strap to the bell, but it contained, of course, no pins in its entirety. Later I was told that the pins had to be ordered as a special order.
Very small store sometimes you can't find what you are looking for. The price is so high.
Limited selection, chaotic shop that is little clear.
Poor customer service. Booked online the night before, received mail stating that item was ready within two hours. Nothing about any discrepancies in time. The next day I came down, the item was not ready. Had to go and find the item themselves. This was also the second time I booked online, with the same result. Said at checkout that I think this was bad. Then I got a lot of excuses, and right about how busy it was, and that the 2 hour guarantee could 'deviate'. What is certain, at least, is that it is better to depart from the Power Queen's gate.
It's a big store providing wide range of different household appliances and gadgets. You're expected to wear a mask inside and they provide disinfectant before entering the store which is nice. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Well .... a messy "branch", okay to go in, and okay to go out ...
A rat shop. Seemed like there was too little staff when I was in the store. Very cramped to move around the store
Good selection in home electronics and media / audio, don't go here for data components.
Expert is cheap and Great service and lots of variety ... plus much more
All the staff I met were very nice and helpful. Whoever hires people here has done a good job.
A lot of electronic products available in downtown Oslo with a well-informed staff at your service.
Cramped, small selection and misleading "trick 'rates
Experienced very rude and poor customer service at Power City in Oslo.
Bought phone and PC there, very satisfied with the service! Always lots of people there, so there may be some waiting time
Great, central location. A bit small. Often crowded
Absolutely late delivery, waiting for 25 days on my new mobile phone, would rather have money back than waiting more at the world's slowest shop with the world's poorest customer service. Not happy at all. Never act on Power again.
Lousy customer service, staff deliberately try to be shy and fool you. In addition, ignorant about their products.
English version below: January 5, 2019 at 12 am - I was at the store - audio section and asked a few questions about audio products - a man without hair (description - no offensive meant) that was working there. Worst service available. The way he answered me was as if he was joking on me according to the tone, the way he snapped, the way he stared me into the eyes and body language. Will most likely never come back again English version: 5th January 2019 12 oclock I went to the store, audio section to ask few questions about some audio products - a bald man was working there. Worst customer service ever. The way he answered me was like yelling at me like i did something wrong - judging by his tone, the way he stared me in the eyes, the way he snapped his fingers and the body language. Bad days or not - this can not be taken on any customers. Keep your smile by not going there ....
Very stressful shop. Poor overview. Slightly sour employees who are nothing pleasant. That's how I've experienced it every time. Long cows
Extremely messy place. Prices are as all the other places, but if you need to find something it's quit difficult.
Are you a tourist or a local ? Looking for electronic stuff such as mobile phones, headsets, computers and even kitchens tuff...this is the place . Located in central Oslo makes the place easily accessible both with Buss , Tram or T-bane or Taxi . Easy to get help from the staff and they do speak English as well. Good experience
Nice shop staff. Very long queuing time. It is best to arrive before 14.00 on weekends and 16.00 on weekdays.
Exorbitant and unfocused staff without expertise or understanding
Shops are located in the heart of Oslo city center. Here you can find many different things inside electronics goods
Disappointing store. Products are a little messy and there is not too much variety in models and brands
It is important to draw a waiting number if you have a question. Since the Norwegians are a leisurely people, you should plan some time. Unfortunately, the selection of camera accessories is not large, so we left unread things.
Bad service. Not very friendly staff. Here a was told to go and find the item I had preordered online myself. All of their other stores have it waiting for you when you arrive. Only use this store if one of their other stores are out of stock.
A little cramped but there were nice people then. The one we talked to was very nice and able to talk. Come see when d was a lot of people. Easy to hide here as d is cramped, danger of too much snapping then.
Do you want to buy a PC? Do you want to get good quality professional advice? Then you should stay away from this shop. The sellers are only interested in selling the product they are recommending, you promise that everything will work as it should and publish their recommendation as professionally based. Not least a long wait in line. Understands that it is happening and one has to smear with patience, but Lord God the other cash register is free!
