From the security station at the entrance to the building, to the receptionists, to the large seat comfy waiting room, to the intake, every single aspect of my experience was pleasant. All staff was courteous and professional and I am very grateful for the opportunity to meet them. They really believe in "going the extra mile" in order to complete the process. I look forward to my next appointment the staff and feel confident that my needs will be met with sincerity and with my best interest at heart.

Worst place ever the lawyer wanted me to say I quit my job.& did not want to help me at that ? Made me explain my issue to say he can't do nothing ...

Called to ask a simple question I get we don t answer questions over the phone and only if you qualify we will help you

What is a fine place legal help just ask for on the first floor they always help I got to know Miss Henry a very nice lady she and the others the help I received I'll send people there

I have been trying to contact a bankruptcy lawyer since summer and no call back at all. I have my state refund do to some fruitless debt.

The building is in need of repairs and updating. The heating was not working and ceiling was leaking water.

They were no help. I went to see if an attorney could put some fire under the feet of a company who did not want to solve a simple issue. Seemed like the attorney did not know what the hell he was doing. I guess because he was old. Zero sense of urgency or care for what was important to me. I ended up going further without his lack of help. Complete waste of my time and huge disappointment. Money talks and money will get you attorneys that are proactive and energetic. Free or low cost will get you trash. You what you pay for (or don't pay for).

LSNJ is very good. They are over worked an underpaid. I would recommend them.

Lost everything due to fire , landlord negligent came here for help and was turned down . Why can a drug dealer or other criminals get free legal counsel which my taxes pay for but I can't and I don't make a lot of money . It's not fair that my taxes pays for them and not others who work and can't afford .

People that work there are polite and helpful.
The place is clean and there is comfortable seating. Services are limited so, you do have to arrive early. Sliding scale is income based, as a matter of fact, the majority of people that they see do meet income eligiblity. They help everyone from family law to landlord tenant cases. Downside, if your looking for a criminal lawyer, you may have to hire one. I would at least recommend them, if you are looking for Legal services.

Legal Services of Northern NJ is a lawyer referral service for low income. It's a very good service.

I got the assistance I requested and was not disappointed. They explained everything in detail as for the services they provided as well as following throughout my legal procedures. I highly recommend them.

They really helped me when my landlord was trying to evict me for no good reason.
