Former Employee, Hello there! I would like to share my personal experience working with Eclipse Companies. I have worked with Eclipse almost 2 Years and had a great experience. I have worked in all the department of the company, started with estimating, project management and little bit of quality control too. Estimators are the one who have provided me the complete knowledge about the industry about the work and about the market. Best thing that i love about the company is, owners would give you the full authority of handling the work. They value your new ideas and provide you the full support. Entire team always tries to help you if you have any problem. Owners really do care about their employees, Christmas celebrations (believe me you would have tons of gifts), in-house parties, pizza parties, you will see food all the time during all kind of major gathering such as foreman or super meetings, during training sessions, drug testing and so on,. owner him self would take you out for the lunch number of times. This review can still go long and long but i would like to conclude it here by mentioning once again that, Eclipse is a great company with a great good team. They will help you in any kind of problems, doesn't matter even if it is not your work related. If i want to say in one line-"It is not just the Company, it's a Family".
