The worst company I have ever experienced. There customer service is terrible. I would highly recommend going with a smaller company that will take the time to help you.
Poor communication, CS usually has no idea what s going, very unhelpful with problems that occur with their services, they are difficult to work with. Additionally you can clearly see that most of the positive reviews are all from employees which goes against google s review policy.
On hold for three hours to the knowledge center, I have entire lane closed and emergency phone number refused to help twice. Very POOR customer service.

They have the absolute worst Carwash software program. If you are a owner of a Carwash do not waste your money investing in their system! There are way better engineers out there who have a 100x better software to function the Carwash. I will never operate another Carwash who has this trash for there system.
It's a wonderful company filled with wonderful people. They provide excellent service and it's a very fun place.

Unfortunately they are very difficult to work with.
Unable or unwilling to integrate features that are available through other providers. The lack of automatic CC updating is one that is incredibly frustrating for us and our customers. Seems like that would be a no brainier.... DRB????
