I started using the services of Customarray, inc. a few months ago and my experience has been average so far. The website is easy to navigate and the customer support team is helpful. However, there have been instances where I faced issues with the product quality and delivery. I hope they can improve on these aspects.

I have been using the services of a company for a few months now and I have mixed feelings about it. The website is easy to use and the customer support team is helpful. However, there have been instances where the delivery was delayed and the product quality was not up to my expectations.

Our proprietary semiconductor-based electrochemical synthesis allows in situ synthesis of up to 94,000 different oligos simultaneously on each semiconductor chip. Each oligo may be up to 170 bases long, and the error rate is typically 1 in 150-200 bases. The advantage of this technology is the production of DNA libraries at extremely low price per base (as low as 0.04 cents per base) with very fast turnaround (typically one week).
