Would recommend this place to anyone/everyone. The dinner menu needs a lil update and add some basics.
Happy hour I was very happy with though.
The pool is amazing as the Staff are.
Try it out sometime or everytime your in pelican Waters.
I'll be back.

Amazing resort, amazing manager. We had our anniversary here and the resort is amazing. Even though our Scoopon deal was meant to include a Continental breakfast, covid stopped that, but the manager still made sure we had an amazing room .

Great location.. reasonable price for accommodation and food. Resort needs a little T.L.C.. great customer service. Children friendly. Big golf course. Great pool.

The staff members made me feel very welcome. Prior to my visit I spoke to Tegan who was pleasant, helpful and professional.
The continental breakfast was great, and the new owner made sure everyone enjoyed their meals.
There was a stunning view from my balcony overlooking two pools, a golf course and a lovely river.
My visit was thoroughly relaxing and I will definitely return.

great comfortable accommodation. continental breakfast had a wide selection amd could purchase off the menu. rooms quiet and well presented and maintained.

These dirty dishes (not ours) were outside our room for the entirety of the 3 days we stayed there.
Also, when booking online it doesn't mention anywhere about the rooms being 'self-contained' and there wouldn't be any housekeeping or room service provided.
Additionally, mini fridge was empty, appliances were quite dusty and it seemed like the reception was left unattended for the most part since it was nearly impossible to reach anyone via the room phone.
Hotel food isn't much to brag about either. Mediocre at best.

We booked Pelican Waters Resort as myself and my partner were looking for a little break away and a nice weekend to relax. The reason we liked the look of this resort is because of the amazing spa that is still advertised on google and on their signs. Unfortunately, when we arrived we were advised that there is no longer a spa in the resort. Although that was the reason we booked the room here, we didn t let it ruin our stay. The facilities were great but what we were most satisfied with was the customer service from the reception team as well as the manager when we booked the room. They were very accommodating and even had a little welcome gift in the room for our arrival. We will be back purely because of the beautiful staff that greeted us and made sure all our needs were met while we stayed.
