Crowne Plaza Concord/ Walnut Creek Reviews

Need to update rooms.. Bathroom was extremely small. I love Crowne Plaza and I'm an IHG member so this hotel needs updates but is quiet and in a great location and the staff was wonderful.

Just arrived; and I have to say that the customer service is TERRIBLE!! The front desk lady is non accommodating, and rude to the point I don't even want to stay. I travel every week for work, and have never had such poor customer service ever. You would think during a pandemic when business is at its slowest customer service would be the first goal of any business especially at a Crowne Plaza. I will never stay here again!

This hotel was recently renovated and for the most part it wasn't bad. At the same time it was nothing out of ths ordinary with what to expect. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and I really love the bath soap and hair products they provide. The soap is made with goat's milk and it smells fantastic.

Love the staff here. I stay in A LOT of hotels throughout the year. So I have seen the best to the worst. In California, there are not that many nice hotels left. They do have some renovations that are long over due, but they have a great platform to start from, I think once cv19 stupidity is over, it will happen. The rooms are nice, and they always have lots to choose from. Security is good, with the parking lot being watched 24/7. And again, the staff is awesome!

The Crowne plaza hotel was very nice. As you walk into the lobby you were greeted by a beautiful interior as well as, professionally dressed staff. Maureen was very helpful. A small request she could have said no to. Her professionalism went above and beyond today and that's why I will be recommending this hotel to everyone that I meet.

rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly! the beds are so amazingly comfy, even on the less expensive side of the hotel. I've stayed on both sides and they're both wonderful.

Hotel has gone severely downhill as many other recent reviews also have noted. Front desk was rude and unhelpful room was absolutely gross. There was a full very dark piss (someone needs to hydrate) in my toilet when I checked in, used tissue in the bathroom, shower was unclean and the carpet was so stained and gross i didn't even take my shoes off. Used to be my go to hotel in the walnut creek area now i will never return. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Changed price after checking in. Nice place but No one should spend their money their.

For the cost it's not worth it. Additionally $16.00 per day for parking and they have huge lots with plenty of room for parking. None of their amenities are open at all making what you are paying for is just the room. The room air/heat kicks on so loud you wake up each time. Relocated after two nights. Nice view and trees in the lobby area. Cool to see all the airplanes land in the back. Very secure with security on golf carts.
