I dropped off my car last week at the Crestmont Collision Center and received the VIP treatment from Jeff Priebe and Company. My car came back in new car condition. I would recommend Crestmont to anyone needing quick high quality service.

I initially had a not so great experience with a service employee that actually quit during the course of my car's service and didn't fix the problem. Then Jeff in the service department took on my car's problems, spent time on and off the clock getting to the bottom of the issues I had described and addressed them all with his mechanic team. Throughout the process he kept me informed daily & returned the car in complete working order. Everyone I have worked with at Crestmount with that one exception has been great!

I took my Acura TLX to their body shop to repair some damage from an accident. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient and they did an excellent job on the repair. Completely satisfied.

It was a great experience in buying a 2004 Cadilliac XLR from Crestmont Cadilliac and Jayme Yates the used car sale manager. I was buying the car without seeing the car. So i told Jayme he was going to be my eyes. He told me like it was. The car was great. The people at Crestmont Cadilliac make the customers feel good about buying from them. { thank you Jayme}

Out of state purchase of vehicle went smoothly. I m happy to have dealt with them- I recommend this place. They were honest and straightforward, as I don t deal with anyone who isn t. Thank you Anthony Mendolera and thanks to Terry Billias as well. Tom Schrader made the paper work painless. I went here for a fair deal and may have found a place to return in the future. I highly recommend.

Started out as a poor experience when I was looking at a used BMW. I had some missinformation and the sales staff had bad information. I left completely unsatisfied. Until, I received a phone call from Mike (chief operations officer). Mike was very kind and knowledgeable. He offered to have me return and rolled out the red carpet for me. He even allowed me to leave with the vehicle so i could take it home to show my sick wife! I ended up buying the car and I am a very happy customer. Thank you very much to Mike and he courtesy.

Alex, Jason, Dave, and the entire team at Crestmont Cadillac were professional, kind, and understanding. I love my new CTS, and can't thank them enough for their help and guidance. I highly recommend the dealership, and can't say enough about the great service. J.G. Perry, Ohio

I am new to the Cleveland area, and I am searching for a good, friendly, and reputable dealership to do business with, as I will be a Cleveland resident for the next few years. I spend a lot of time traveling for work, and its important to me to have my CTS in good standing and always be safe and reliable. Im located centrally between 3 Cadillac dealerships, but Crestmont had good reviews and i decided to come here first. I can honestly say i have never been more disappointed in a dealership. When i came in for service, you could instantly tell that there didn't seem to be much organization. I was never greeted at my vehicle, and upon walking into the service department, it felt like the 2 gentleman were almost fighting over who was going to help me. And not because they WANTED to help, but i felt the impression that i was an inconvenience. I looked past the incident, thinking they maybe they were just short handed that day and were over loaded for the day. The experience only continued to get worse. Service write up guys were arguing. Had horrible, HORRIBLE attitudes when not only talking to their coworkers, but to customers as well. I sat and observed and over heard conversations as i sat on my laptop completing my work. Conversations about how some employees were "hating to be at work" fighting about who was going to complete service on customer vehicles. Just 100% unprofessional from start to finish. I was visiting for a routine oil change and tire rotation which took almost 2 hours, but the time spent did not upset me. I am so unbelievably disappointed in this visit and the dealership as a whole. I don't own or run a business myself, however, i am a business man. I could instantly tell that not a single person i interacted with, or a single employee who crossed my path was excited to be there. No one wanted to work, no one wanted to help, and no one had a smile on their face. And i truly feel sorry for anyone who has to be subjected to such a hostile and toxic work environment. My car was given back to me dirty, oil percentage not reset, nor were my tire pressures re set either. And with such unhappy employees working, i cant say that im surprised with their work ethic and lack of going a good job. I certainly hope that things turn around for Crestmont, and maybe I would be willing to try servicing there again. But the experience was just a terrible, and unpleasant one.

I took my SRX to have my windshield wiper motor repaired and my oil changed. It took longer than expected because they had to order the part, but Cathy in service took great care of me and gave me a loaner until they could get the part for my car. I drive an hour to have my car serviced at Crestmont because they always take great care of me and my car!!

We were so happy with the service and care we received while doing business with Crestmont Cadillac. Val Potapenko was our salesman and he was so terrific. He is the kind of guy with a "no-pressure" approach. He was very informed about the vehicles and was wonderful to work with. I would send everyone to him. Kevin Gillespie was the manager on while we were there, and too was very sincere and great to work with. Jason Skillern was the finance manager we worked with and he was also FABULOUS. Honestly, I feel so good about doing business with this dealership. I am thrilled with our vehicle and I would definitely go back! I agree with the previous post that states they treat you like family. I felt like going to dinner with all of them!

Damiean Tucker walked me the entire process of trading my 2017 XT5 for my new baby 2019 XT4. Damiean made sure I understood and helped me flip my belongings from one to the other - Thanks so much!!! You are the BESTEST Mr. Damiean Tucker and Crestmont Cadillac :-)

Disappointing experience. Bought a 2018 Mustang GT with 2K miles that was traded in & I got a fair deal. However, the car was advertised on their website as having the 3.55 Torsen gear, a highly desirable $500 option. It was a major factor in my decision to purchase. Using the vehicle s VIN, my local Ford dealer printed the window sticker, & I just learned the car did not include this option. Crestmont published a deceptive ad & I bought into it. I wrote the dealer an email & of course, no response. Caveat Emptor. I complied and resent the original email. Again, no response. And now, after 22 days and a couple of followups, I still do not have my title. I have 8 days left or else I pay a fine for late registration. Not sure what's wrong with this dealer, but it needs fixing.

I leased a 2013 SRX, and I love it. Crestmont Cadillac made the leasing process easy and understandable, and they gave me a great deal too! Definitely will come back for my future Cadillac needs!

Ernie Kilgore made my car buying experience one of the easiest things I have ever done. He was knowledgeable and patient and answered every question I had. He knows his product and was willing to work with me on my trade-in and my bottom line. I would (and already have) recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. I am now a very proud Cadillac owner and looking forward to the superior customer service displayed by this dealership.

I recently had some body related issues with my Seville, and had them addressed. Manager Gregg, and his assistant Jack, were most accommodating and professional. Also, considering they are a premier Cadillac dealership in Ohio, I expected to pay a premium for repairs; however, that was not the case. The cost was within reason, and the work performed was second to none. I am very grateful to have dealt with gentlemen of integrity.

The sales rep (Joe'l) and sales manager (Jim) were great - not overbearing like I have experienced at other dealerships. They listened to what I wanted and guided me to appropriate selections. I came in to tire kick & ended up buying a car. Scott from finance was also helpfull. I had a loan check with me - he got me a better deal. Thank you.

I have own several Cadillac s and have dealt with many Cadillac Dealerships. But up to know I have only dealt with Crestmont s state of the art body shop managed by Rod Colbert. I asked Rod was the Sales and Service Dept. as Great as the Body Shop Dept. because I was in the market for a new Cadillac and Rod knows how meticulous I am about my cars. Rod & Frank and all the body shop are very Professional and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I m happy. He said yes they are, so I chose Crestmont Cadillac over the other two Cadillac Dealerships because of Rod s recommendation. Anthony Mendolera is my Sale Consultant he treated me great with the purchase of my car and when I m in the dealership he always says hi and ask if there is anything he can do for me. Michael Gutowitz the General Sales Manager is very friendly & Paul Guy a Sales Consultant very friendly & always ask me know I m doing and the rest of Sales Dept. is also friendly. I had a concern which I wanted to talk over with General Manager Alex Park he listen treated me with respect and he was very nice. I told him any dealership can sell a car but only a great experience will keep A customer coming back. Mark Davis the Asst Service Manager is my go to guy, any Service related problem Mark handles it a true Professional I don t have to worry about a thing because it will be taken care of. Kevin Gillespie the Service Manager he s a great guy he always stops and says hello, and all the other Service Mangers are great I feel like I have a team taking care of me. Freddie Hall and Cory Mcconville always make a point to say hi. Kara always greets me with a smile when she sees me. Carly in Marketing Dept. Is Great always ready to answer & solve any questions that I may have. I took the time to write this review because this is not the norm at other Dealerships I felt I was treated more like a Family Member then just a customer. When I spend my Money I want to feel it was well spent and that I m Happy with my Purchase and that I was Treated Well. Crestmont Cadilliac Accomplish That! Thank You All, Mr. Ward

Poor customer service. I recently tried to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I had to follow-up multiple times to get information on the vehicle. When the dealer finally got back to me, the vehicle was sold and they want to put me on a contact list for future vehicles. No, I do not need my email flooded with high mileage vehicles that don't come close to what I inquired about. Just really poor customer service.

Purchased a 2012 CTS coupe (used) in 2015. Car is experiencing transmissions issues. Had another dealer look at the problem and I'm still having issues. So, decided to make arrangements with Crestmont, where I originally purchased the car from, service dept (speaking with the service dept mgr directly). Bought the top of the line warranty when I purchased the car as well. They were unable to accommondate my needs to have the car looked at and feel very unfortunate with the experience I encountered. Not exactly the professional service I was expecting. Guess I'll just have to try another dealer's services dept to get my problem looked at and hopefully resolved.

Buyers beware, UNSCRUPULOUS & SLEEZY dealership. My son purchased a used car and part of the agreement was that Crestmont would fix the broken A/C. Our salesman, Joe-L, said that because Crestmont is a reputable dealership, they would repair the AC and not just perform a quick fix such as filling it up with Freon. ONE day after picking up the car, the A/C broke again. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to schedule an appointment with Joe-L and Jim T, I contacted Michael G, the GM, who offered to fix the AC but this time at cost. Unless you re buying a car, Kara has a difficult time transferring calls without disconnecting you.

Not recommended at all. My wife and I visited to look at an S6 they had listed online for weeks; it had just arrived that day (claimed) and we had to come back in a week to actually look at it and test drive it. Fast forward one week and the car is great, but the salespeople still sucked. Our salesperson said they'd hold a car with a deposit, then we were told be the manager that they don't. The salesperson kept saying "It's a rare car from the south" as he completely forgot that I told him the prior week that I can go pick one up. When I reminded him of this, he got obviously upset. We weren't able to take the car without a salesperson (inconvenient as we can't discuss things privately) but whatever; he promised to shut up. Barring directions, he managed to stay quiet for a short while before he started talking again. He and the manager kept referring to the car as being 'really pretty' and 'fast'. These are things we knew going into it, and it was bothersome to be constantly reminded. Additionally, being informed that there are multiple inquiries on the car doesn't help a sale; it only irritates the customer. The pushy tactics don't work on us and we decided to walk. Unfortunately it wasn't the car that had an issue; it was the people. I did get a laugh out of the 4 box pricing sheet, though. I asked for a price and the salesperson brought this back. I noticed the payments were WAY high and asked "What interest rate is this?" "Well, you see here, this is the monthly payment based on putting different amounts down." As he was VERY obviously avoiding answering my question, again I asked "What interest rate is this?" "I....don't know" Well, I pulled out my calculator and figured out that they were quoting us a 13% interest rate off the bat (no credit run). It's a very obvious sales tactic that they use to make you feel 'oh, I can't afford this car' and then they encourage you to run your credit and then when the payment drops by $200/mo, you get excited. There were a bunch of other little things that just added up to a poor experience. Additionally, the person behind the number listed below refused to even give me their name or role in the dealership. Spent two days texting only to confirm what I originally thought. The responses here are shallow and only an attempt to make the company look good. They don't actually try to resolve anything. Fun fact: I bought a better-equipped car with 7k fewer miles for $5k less including shipping and an inspection (from TX, just like theirs).

We just bought a used car here last week, our samesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us lots of time to discuss amongst ourselves so we could feel free to decide what we wanted to do. There were a couple car salesman techniques in there but overall a pleasant experience. Had to take the car back because of a noise and the service team is very responsive, courteous and thorough. It was worth the drive for us to go there.

Bought a car from Crestmont a month ago. Before buying the car, the salesman Joel G, promised to fix the broken AC if I bought the car. I bought the car and the AC worked for 1 day. When I attempted to get back in contact with him to have it fixed, they did not offer to fix it. STAY AWAY from this dealership and never buy a car from Joel G!!!

Larry was very helpful in our purchase. ***Update*** Had a service appointment for recent purchase from Crestmont which was still under factory warranty. Car was checked in, all information for covered service was verified and problem was identified. Representative was in process of obtaining a loaner for 2 days. After 2 hrs. in department, representative informed me they could not perform repairs. It had to be taken to a HYUANDAI dealer. HUH? Very inconvenient. Someone dropped the ball and did not do their due diligence. I think this should/could have been diverted much earlier.

The service team at Crestmount did an awesome job. I called the day before and scheduled. I requested a loaner car and it was ready when I got there. Because of my schedule I couldn t bring the loaner back. Their valet brought my car back and picked up their car without me even being there. I thought that was very accommodating and Professional.

Tried to purchase a vehicle from out of state. Signed an agreement with this dealer, then they refused to produce the vehicle. Lots of drama and wasted time. My bank was able to get it sorted finally. Wish I had known how unethical this dealership is before I wasted my time. So posting this to warn others.

Scott was great, he took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered, even though we were there over 30 minutes past closing time. I never felt hurried, pressured or uncomfortable. He took the time to explain all features of the XT5 and did so again the following day when I returned to pick up my car. He even had a gynormus big red bow waiting on the car. Nice touch! = ) I will definitely recommend Crestmont and Scott to any friends looking for a premium vehicle.

They sold the car had we an appointment to see before we got there and live over an hour away. After that we spoke with a new sales guy on some other options but did not reach a deal. That sales guy however was good, not pressuring, and knowledgeable.
