I was helped by Chen and I m thrilled from her willingness to help and how fast things were done!! She is so nice and knowledgeable, she answered my questions fast and accurate, if you need to deal with the Israeli consulate I would deal only with Chen!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place almost acts like they don t exist. I am wishing to study abroad and the only thing getting in the way of that isn t even COVID, it s this place. Haven t been able to talk to anyone about my application in 2 and a half weeks and I haven t received my documents back in A MONTH. It really should be illegal to carry such sensitive documents for so long. Now I m not even sure if I ll be able to study in Israel bc of this embassies admins. What a bummer and a waste of money and time. If this is your consulate, pls choose a different country to visit.

Have tried contacting via email and phone for over 8 months. Not once have they ever answered the phone or emailed back.

Michal, we appriciate your help and we couldn't do it without you. You are the Israeli embassy angel that willing to help after Atlanta ignored us for 2 days. It has been 6 months and they have not responded to my email. I have called them repeatedly over many months, during when they say they are open, and I have not once been able to talk to a real person. When I can finally get to an option that allows me to leave a message, either the call hangs up immediately or the mailbox is not in service. Completely unprofessional for a government office.

Called and emailed for one month ago in August to find out what I need to do to get clearance to got Israel in September. Finally figured out which buttons to push to get to a live person last week. Everyone very nice once i spoke to them. They even called me back when they saw they missed my call. Must call during certain hours and follow the prompts to get to a live person. When u call, press English, consular, visa and u will get someone. Hope this helps.
