Worst experience of my life it is humiliating to see that they say asking for help with strength but it s embarrassing that you need one document on top of another document on top of another document you need to go get this detail that detailed I took everything she asked for and she still requested more. They make it impossible to get the help they re offering why even offer the help.

They are a blessing. Still make your utility payment as soon as you can. It doesn't matter if it's $15-$25 you don't want to fall behind again.
I thank God for this program that has saved me multiple times from getting my electricity turned off. One of the times they helped me get it turned bk on by helping me get caught up with my payments. They've got the share program for low income ppl where, if qualified, you get $150 flat rate paid to your utility right away once a year. Then they also have another program where they show you how to save energy and they help you on top of it, not only with your utility bill but also with energy saving. They also have flyers and brochures that are very helpful with helpful programs, for teenagers, employment, projects, education, and so much more. Recources that I would have never known we're available. Most importantly, they have always shown great great great customer service, on top of being compassionate and understanding.
When you need assistance with your utilities, this is heaven sent! I've been here numerous times for help I won't lie. The staff have always treated me with respect. I just wish the lobby for customers was bigger and the window area more private because even though we are all there for the same thing there might be a few of us who are embarrassed because of their situation and feeling private about it helps but overall I'm glad this place exists!
This place is awsome. They help you pay your bill to tohose who qualify. Took my dad here. witihin a few weeks he had a credit of 300 dollars in his utility account. He is a low income senior who depends on His ssi income.
They process applications quicker than I expected them to. I've not experienced any difficulty reaching them by phone. They called back the same day. Fax worked. Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff.
It is hard to reach them on the phone, but I had very quick responses over email. Also, they approved my application for LIHEAP more quickly than I expected.
Theyre such a great resource when familys really need it n theyre very polited and theyre usually fast
This place does its best to help people in need there's a couple girls there that I'm known to work there for years and they go above and beyond and out of their way to help when they can

Required to go through mediation by Small Claims court. We were the defendants. The "mediator" turned out to be a Judge Judy impersonator. We weren't allowed to speak more than 10 words. She didn't seem interested in mediating, more in blasting our business. She injected her own interpretation of the law, which probably isn't legal, as she was obviously no attorney. We decided to let it play out, as it wasn't getting anywhere. She shook her head at us while we walked out of the mediation room. Fortunately, the judge was a REAL legal professional. He ruled in our favor. You're given a comment sheet to rate the quality of their service with a fax number. The fax doesn't work. They must not be interested in the quality service their "mediators" are providing.
Easy to get to but its way in the very back of the business centre
Absolutely impossible to reach by phone. Waits up to 30 min., all the time. I have to just send my correspondence by regular mail.
Friendly staff. If you are prepared with all your information , it goes very smoothly.

Provides a lot of services for families with lower income. You can apply for help with your utilities once a year. The employees are very knowledgeable about provided services. You can pickup brochures and applications as well as apply for services in person at their office.
