Championship Tennis Tours arranged excellent center court tickets for our family to both the 2016 French Open and the 2018 US Open. The entire process was smooth and easy as promised. Ordered a package to the Rogers Cup 2020 event but due to it being rescheduled to 2021 I had to reach support for a refund. Mike and Chris were able to assist me and I'm very thankful for their help and support.
Hey Chris and Mike, we really enjoyed our trip to the US Open. The experience was first-rate all around. We got to see Federer slug out a tight 5 setter in the quarters, the seats were fantastic. It was great drama on the court and the atmosphere on the grounds couldn't have been more fun. We will certainly look to use you guys for our trip to Wimbledon next year and will definitely recommend Championship Tennis Tours to our friends. Take care.
We had a terrific experience at the USOpen, great seats for all matches we got at Arthur Ashe Stadium. It was easy to work with Championship Tennis Tours. We ll look forward to booking again soon.
Unfortunately Championship Tennis Tours is a SCAM. My husband's bought me a ticket for 2020 Rolland Garros Quarter Final. After covid-19 burst out, nobody wants to give back our money, nor inform us wheter 2021 Roland Garros will even take place. We wrote number of emails and silence is the only answer. Not reccomending anyone this type of customer service! Please be careful!

Really? Send me a copy of the email with the updated invoice. Oh, you cannot, cause the CTT answer is a lie! No invoice was sent! No information was provided. My husband asked if we could get our cash back (we didn't get what we paid for) and after that no communication whatsoever.
Very poor customer service as you all can see...
We are 1 month from Roland Garros 2021, and we still have no news, invoices, plans etc.

Hello, we are 2 weeks apart from RG 2021 and CTT still didn't send any kind of information about my ticket. I already bought tickets on the official RG website and don't want to hear, that my CTT ticket will be valid on RG 2022, cause I'm not interested in traveling to Paris next year.
My family has now worked with Championship Tennis Tours for three events and it's been nothing but a pleasure. They always secure fantastic tickets and accommodations. We will absolutely use them in the future. Don Seigel.

Wanted to thank you for all your with our trip to the French Open in 2018. My wife and I loved the 4-star hotel in St. Germain you guys picked for us, right off the Jardin de Luxembourg. The neighborhood is loaded with everything we hoped to see. The morning journey to the tennis took a bit longer than expected, about 20 minutes each way, but we actually enjoyed the metro and mingling with the locals, many of whom were also making their way to the tennis. Once there, the process at the gate was super smooth, with no issues at all. Everyone was super friendly. And the CAT Or level tickets in Borotra were fantastic, tons of shade. We'd like to do the US Open next year with you guys if we can pull it off, keep us on your radar. Once again thanks for all your help!

Despite my sending two letters by certified mail, the company has fauiled even to even acknowledge my claim for refund for tickets to the 2018 French Open...even though someone signed for it!! One of the two days involved was sold out and the other was rained out and all money refunded (in this case to the company)!! I do not believe that companies with such disdain for clients should not have the privilege of their monopoly on ticket sales. I truly have been cheated.
Hey Guys. We had a wonderful time at Wimbledon. Our accommodations at the Savoy were amazing and the Wimbledon debenture seats for the last three days were fantastic. We saw one fabulous match after the next and enjoyed having access to the debenture seat holders lounge which was very comfortable and the food was excellent. We really enjoyed being able to roam the grounds where we were able to get so close to the players on the outside courts...my kids were able to get several autographs. The whole experience was incredibly decadent. We are already planning to go to the French Open next year with you guys. Thanks again for everything, Deyo
