Görülebileceği gibi, Bay Blatt, söz konusu gayrimenkulün 'sıkıntılı' olup olmadığını (değil) tespit etmek için hiçbir adım atmadı ve yatırımcılar ne olduğunu anlamadan mülklere haciz koydu ve sattı. Bay Blatt'ın bu savunmasız denizaşırı grubu nasıl tespit edebildiği henüz bilinmiyor. Belki de Blatt yönteminin gizli sosu budur.
