I'm not biggest fan that the only way you can get on with this company is you have to know people that know people. My spouse has so much experience in this field years behind her but because she don't know right people she wasn't hired. Then turn around i know a 20 yr old that just was hired no experience jumped jobs & because he knew someone he was on with the company in 3 days. My spouse has years & she had interview & it lasted every bit 30 mins with a text saying no longer intrested in you thanks.

Find another job!! ! These people have favoritism so if u are a hard worker and value your self like I do, u will find someone else to work for. Brose staff does not care about the employees, they may seem to in the beginning but don't. My supervisor Ashley told me who to be friends with and I disagreed because that's not part of my job description and she has pushed me to leave. Always some drama!! Not peaceful!!

I currently work in maintenance at Brose, and it is the best job I've ever had. I will retire from this company. They are constantly improving the work environment. Don't expect to expect to get pay raises for doing the minimum here. As long as you do your best and continue to learn, you will be recognized. Awesome place to work. Good money and benefits. The HR department is extremely helpful.

DO NOT WORK HERE!! They let other people lay their hands on others and don t fire them! But they fire the good people for unnecessary reasons.it s also hard work and rude people. They also never let you have a off day even if you need it.

They need help badly in shipping/receiving dept! As a driver being there over 1.5 to 4 hrs is bad!! Please get more help

Everyone I know there love their job say the staff and management are great people to work for.
