Service itself was great! Unfortunately, I wasn't warned that the dealer is going through a major remodel and I had no idea where to take my car when dropping it off on a Sunday night or where the drop box was for keys (lots of construction/re-routing). I was also told the warranty work would take a full day but it was done in 2 hours (no need to leave my car for a full day). Otherwise, good service.
After a few bumps could not have had a better experience. Jared Black went above and beyond. Would not think of going to any other dealer! Jeremiah was a fantastic salesman. He was articulate , professional , and very knowledgeable. Look no further this is an upfront honest dealership.
Great car buying experience! Our salesman, Davis, had the vehicle available for our appointment and allowed us to take a test drive without him, which allowed us to really look at things, discuss our likes and dislikes, etc. He handled everything professionally and explained the process thoroughly. I'd recommend checking her first for your next vehicle.
Went to trade in and buy a new Rav4. Worked with Jeff and Beth, both were awesome. Beth did most of our stuff and she was AMAZING. It was literally so meant to be with her. Personable, good to talk to, friendly, just a GOOD lady. She made it just the best experience. So happy with both Jeff and Beth, and we love our new car!
Overall, it's just ok. I first visited because of the great oil + rotation package special that was being offered. Service was the typical experience. Specials slightly better than the other local Toyota dealers.
They're in the middle of some major construction, demolishing their aging and dated showroom and building new. In the mean time it's all temporary mobile offices, which is kinda meh if you're waiting a while for service. No complementary coffee, popcorn, or anything that some of the nicer dealers have for your wait. Car was returned to me with muddy wheels and wheel wells since they're parking them in dirt lots during construction... just kind of an annoyance, especially given that Mountain Toyota gives you a free wash after every service.

Boulder Toyota has an excellent and honest Service Department. Boulder Toyota's Service Department has continuously exceeded my expectations and demonstrates a high level of honesty and integrity. can't say it was a good experience overall. i had to hunt a sales person down to look at the vehicle i had found online. the sales person barely said anything; didn't ask about trade-in, or anything related to my test drive and the vehicle. the check i wrote was entered for the wrong amount so i had to call to sort that out. the email address used for financing was entered incorrectly causing a nice lengthy call with the credit union to sort that out
I purchased my CPO Toyota 4Runner at Larry H. Miller Toyota and just had my first service appointment with Angela. Angela and her team are outstanding. They make great recommendations and give you a great idea of what to look ahead with for your vehicle. The team is very easy to work with and proactive in communicating timing related to your service. I found the pricing for my service very reasonable. I will definitely continue to service my vehicle at LHM.
