I recently tried out bitsplayer.com and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was excellent. They were very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. I would definitely use Bits Player again.

I had an average experience with Bits Player. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was decent. However, I was not completely satisfied with the product I purchased. It lacked some of the features I was expecting. Overall, it was an okay experience.
