Biloxi has the nicest cops on the entire coast, honestly. I had a warrant for a unpaid speeding ticket and instead of immediately arresting me, the cops were kind and allowed me to pay it with no problem. The judge was easy going as well; and any time I ran into a Biloxi cops, they were very laid back. Biloxi has the most humbled, understanding, and professional cops than any other district.
If i could give 0 stars i would.......Unfortunately i had a very poor experience with this department. I was visiting from out of state and had a phone stolen from me in one of the casinos. We followed the guys with track my iphone until they left the parking garage in a vehicle. I still had the app on and working and the police officer would not pursue the thief. I filed a report with the department. I called them the next day inquiring about the incident and progress with the case with no return call. They never followed up with me. I left 3 messages with dispatch for the officer to please return my call. It has been 4 days since the incident and i still cant get a return call or an update on the case. Very disappointing. I am an avid traveler but unfortunately i don't think i will be visiting this state again! If you cant feel safe, why would you want to visit???.......

I was sexually assaulted by an employee at the hard rock casino while I was down visiting my brother. I called the police and they treated me as if I was a prostitute. I spent what was supposed to be a celebratory trip for my brothers house warming...in the hospital being swabbed from top to bottom in hopes of them collecting some DNA. Just to find out that they never even sent the evidence to the lab to be tested. It's probably still sitting in a pile of other rape kits in some damp dark corner of their basement...or thrown out. AND nothing ever even happened to the guy who did this to me... last I heard the guy was still working there probably still delivering "room service"

I called the police when a bad man did a bad thing. They caught the bad man and made him sorry for doing a bad thing.

Just called BPD cause my new neighbors were brawling on the front lawn, within 3 mins there was at least 4 cops here! I'm truly impressed and thankful for our awesome police!! Thank you all very much
Best department in Mississippi, most professional officers in Mississippi, well established and well trained. If you doubt their proffesionalism just visit any department north of interstate ten. Never had a bad experience with the officers, I've been pulled over several time for safety checks, never got a ticket or had a bad incident. Thanks for being great officers. Their Chief Miller is one swell guy.
They are a group of thugs that can lie under oath and get away with it and also they make their money by extortion by means of false ticketing in traffic court, Biloxis prosecutors have a hand in it along with the judges, it's a huge money making scheme! My advice is if you ever get pulled over immediately start recording the encounter!!! Protect yourself against these thugs!
