For a quick stop without a reservation, I can't complain. The rooms were clean and the bed was relatively comfortable. My room had a view of the neighboring building, but it was also in of the last rooms in the area.
The hotel is very close (within two blocks) of several bars and restaurants. The parking is under the building and well lit.

Great place to stay. On the beach and walking distance to all kinds of places. Hotel was clean and check in was a breeze. Stay nice and helpful.
The location is very convenient and walking distance from the beach. Lots of establishments near by. The room we were in was cramped but the whole wedding party was in there....including photographers. Looks like one of the most affordable hotels on the beach. The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. Thank you.
I got a really good deal on the last minute room. I arrived late and the lady that checked me and put me in a very nice room on the third floor overlooking 1st avenue. Thank you for the hookup. Other than the very small lobby where they serve breakfast, really nice hotel with down to earth staff. Thanks guys
I saw the front desk lady be mean to such a sweet couple. All they were doing was sitting outside waiting for an Uber and she brought a cop to remove them. Even though they weren t hurting anything. So that sucks to see her do that. Will never be staying at this hotel again
The Best Western was the most reasonably priced hotel located just a few feet from Jacksonville Beach. If you want a Ocean view with a balcony, you'll need to be sure to confirm it during the booking.
The hotel is located in the heart of Jacksonville Beach near many restaurants and an equipment rental business, all within walking distance.
Great location, a few steps from the beach and on the boardwalk. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Well maintained property. Larger rooms with minimalist decor, thoroughy cleaned. Comfy beds. Parking is sufficient for guests. Pool is small and a bit cramped, but with the beach right at the edge of the hotel, who cares? Staff is always helpful and friendly.
The city view you can still see some ocean from your balcony and the staff is nice and the beach is RIGHT there!
The room had a bad odor upon check up but the front desk clerk handle it the best way she could Emily was amazing. On the other hand I had no sleep due to all of the noises. I stayed on the first floor and someone played loud music for hours and jump up and down on the floors.
