Not a good experience. If you're looking for the absolute least amount of effort and focus on the sale of your property, this is the place to call. Extremely disappointed as absentee owners to find no lock box on the property for months (leaving other agents unable to access/show property), if there was a showing, lights were left on for who knows how long. Additionally, after surprise visit to the home we found broken glass all over kitchen counters (home was left immaculately clean). The excuse Alisha provided as to why it happened or why the broken glass was not cleaned up was a curt, "It just fell." At this point we just gave up and waited for our contract with them to expire and found another realtor. Be wary, especially if you are an absentee owner.

I have had previous business dealings with Allen, so I contacted him, told him my conditions, reached out to realtor friends for recent comps in North Kingstown...and could not be happier with our deal!!! Knowing what would be required to try to list the house at a higher price than what we negotiated and being unwilling to commit the money, time and energy to get there - and using the comparables as an additional guide to my decision - it was the right price for the product!!

Allen is a businessman, AND has a huge heart!! Do not be afraid to do business with him. You will not regret it!
