This place is the great. I called about 4 places before this and they all said I would not be able to be seen for an eye exam until January 2020 due to high volume because it's the end of the year. I called Beltline Vison Clinic on Friday December 27 and they were able to schedule me an appointment for the following Monday December 30. I had my appointment today and everyone was very welcoming, professional, and social. I won't be going anywhere else.Thank you Beltline Vison!

I ve been coming to Beltline Vision Clinic for probably 20 years and have always had great experiences. Dr Smith & his staff are kind, prompt, and accommodating. I d highly recommend Beltline Vision!

I have seen Dr. Smith for over 20 years, always top notch care, literally saved my eyesight after a traumatic injury A few years ago. Staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and professional!

The doctor was great but the charges were unbelievable. I will not be back. I picked this place and changed doctors because it was closer to my home instead of my office. No one told me about the fees upfront. You can imagine my surprise when I was charged $200.00 instead of the regular $20.00 copay. I was charged for a contact fitting when I have had the same contacts and size for 20 years. When I called to discuss, I was told they don't care about losing new patients. I would recommend that this clinic provide estimates prior to the visit when possible to avoid losing customers in the future. I didn't even need a new exam and wasn't out of contacts. If I would have known about the charges upfront, I would have only scheduled a visit for my son and the shock and awe of this bill may have been avoidable.

Had eye infection and advised an eye drop by another doctor which didnt help.. visited dr smith and had a very nice experience . He is knowledgeable and great patience.... advised a specif eye drop that helped almost immediatly and relief from the first drop.. thanks.

Good and satisfied checkup and every thing posatively treated and managed.

Had the best experience with an eye clinic thus far!!!

I had set an appointment with my eye doctor and advised that I wanted to do both contacts and glasses.

They advised me that on top of the $60 copay for contacts that there will be a $20 fee for them showing me how to put them in.

I told her they don't have to show me then, but she hinted that they still charge.

Well my friend who just got contacts told me about this office. Said they are awesome and was done with her in 20 minutes!

Call them up and they agreed to see me same day!

Well here are highlights of my visit:

1. When I called spoke with Jenny who confirmed they won't charge to help me with contacts.
2. Upon arrival...warm welcome with smiles, and they confirmed out the door cost before work started (zero surprises)!!!
3. Doctor was friendly and discussed everything with me about glasses and contact exam.
4. I sat in chair, he did a few tests, and in approximately 15 minutes or less walked me to an area where my contacts were already ready to go! I was like "No way"!!! Not only that, he also had my prescription for glasses ready as well! I didn't even remember when he was actually doing the exam.
5. Jenny came over and handed me contacts and said let's give them a go!
6. She stayed with me the whole time I struggled to get them in (no joke...over 20 min for just one eye).
7. Almost an hour later once I had them both in she said, ok now let's ensure you can take the out....and stayed by my side coaching me for another 20 minutes or so (smiling the whole time)!!!!
8. Upon leaving she advised me of a 30 day trial and that if I don't like them, let them know within 30 days and they will work it out with me for just glasses!!!! AWESOMENESS AT ITS BEST!!!!
9. After setting my appointment to come back in 2 weeks, before leaving this same lady that had spent over an hour of her time helping me on her own free will still smiled at me and thanked me for coming in!!!

I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS OFFICE TO ALL POTENTIAL CLIENTS!!!

5 Star Review in every way! The office staff was friendly and accommodated me as a new patient the same day I called. Completed paperwork online, and the staff greeted me by name when I walked in? How did they even know my name? Exam took less than 30 minutes and I was out the door. I rarely review businesses, but felt it was necessary to applaud this group. Thank you to Dr. Smith and staff!

Dr. Smith, and his staff are very hardworking, they will go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience. Very thorough with his work has a Keen Eye for details

I wanted to wait until all my children had gone to their eye appointment to make a review but I really like this location. They have great customer service, very knowledgeable, processional, and the doctor is good with kids -not many doctors are - he made me feel at ease when he answered all my concerns about my children's vision. I also had questions about what my insurance covered prior to the appointment and when I arrived they had a print out of what was covered. It's good to know they had this information readily available by the time my appointment came. I had asked around at another location and they were trying to get more money that from what was stated so glad to know this place is ethical. Anyway great experience with them, they also make sure everything is okay with glasses and that they go well with the person's face. They also let me know promptly when my glasses were ready. So I would highly recommend!

I had to take my mom in for an eye exam and glasses. The medical assistants were professional. They had variety of selections for frames. The only thing I did not receive a call when the glasses were ready.

I have been going to this location for almost 5 years. Dr. Smith has such a great personality and is very attentive to your needs. I recommend anyone to come here. Staff is always polite and are very personable with the patients.

Dr. Smith and his staff are AMAZING! So friendly, knowledgeable, and truly great to work with! The service you receive gives you that small-town feel, which is so nice!

Staff are very friendly and professional! Love this place very easy to schedule appointments and get an eye exam the doctor is very knowledgeable. Very considerate prices for high brand glasses if your on a tight budget. Definitely recommend 5 stars!

Pros: The first staff and Optometrist that I encountered were very nice and personable.

Cons: When they billed incorrectly, there was no response via email, and when I called, the person I spoke with developed a very nasty attitude and rushed me off of the phone.

I originally was going to recommend this place but after that incident. Do not go here.

Let me start off by saying I've worked customer service and know how to treat customers but this office was probably the worse vision place I've ever gone too. The dr was cool but the girls working are probably like late 20s and for some reason can not do math for the life of them. The only reason why I went here is because it was so close to me. When I first called I spoke to a girl name crystal asked over the phone how much I would need to take for my visit with my insurance told me 50 or 60 bucks. When it came time to pay another girl did the math and said it would b 87 dollars. I asked why and told me because I had a astigmatism . I told the girl yes I know I told crystal that over the phone. Long story short the lady told me I would have to pay 87 out of pocket and 38 dollars for 2 boxs of contacts and I could ordered them whenever I liked. So I went today and once again crystal is there and told me instead of 38 bucks it would be 18. I knew it wasn't right but I payed it. I received from crystal herself saying that I actually had to pay 60 more dollars because I only had that day I went to pay the 38. I told her why is there always a back in fourth. She tried to make it seem like it was my fault that I didn't order the contacts the day they told me. I stated that they specifically told me I could buy them whenever I liked. So I told her I would come up to get my refund. She stated I would have to talk to my insurance to get my refund. I've never heard of that but it was a good thing I did . The representative that I spoke told me that these girls were doing the math wrong to begin with and that I would have had to pay more out of pocket then they were telling me. I would have just respected that more if they would have just told me the right amount to begin with instead of making it seem like it was my fault. If you wana save yourself the headache stay away from this place because these dumasses don't know how to do math!!!

Go somewhere else don t waste your time with this place they gave me a 10 minute I exam and then called me one time to tell my glasses were ready after I had called him a bunch of times and then when I go to pick them up on Wednesday they re closed save yourself some time go somewhere else you ve been warned

Dr Smith and has staff are so awesome. We have been going here for years along with my wife and daughters. Entire staff is great and friendly. Dr Smith knows what he s doing and will definitely take care of you and your families eyes!!!
