Beautiful Granite and Marble

One of your crazy mental drivers actually tried running me off the highway today by the Washtenaw exit on 23 going northbound! I went right to the police and reported your business, we got a snap shot of your van. The passenger was laughing about it so both were very mental. You have no idea the freaking heartache you caused me especially since I had my 5 year old little one in the car! I hope no one supports this business! I have no need but if I did we certainly would never chose this company who has crazy insane drivers intending to kill someone on the road!!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE, There is nothing beautiful about nearly having to call the POLICE when the contractor starts yelling at you and getting visibly angry, speaking to his workers about you in another language, DEGRADING you as a woman, and fighting with over their incomplete job. The service men did not speak English, didn't showed up 5 hours late, and had to come back 3x to complete the work, to which was still not finished per what was agreed upon. In the middle of the service dispute, which the owner of the company had to get involved, he grabbed his stuff and left. I have small children and a non functioning kitchen and these workers just grabbed their tools and drove away when I wasn't looking. These men are absolutely degrading, disrespectful, does not communicate, and now left us with a kitchen that is not functioning. Criminal service.

They installed a powder room counter a few months ago and did a wonderful job! While on that job Peter felt terrible about a previous kitchen job from another dealer that went horrible. He tried to sand out a few areas - at no charge. I just had them install kitchen granite in my condo and I am extremely happy! They are friendly, efficient and no one can beat their prices. Everything about the installs have been perfect!

Horrible service! Horrible Work! It's been over 3 months and they still haven't came back out and fixed the mess up they did in my house. Very unprofessional guys here don't eats your time or money people trust me!

I ve used this company twice now and both times the did not disappoint. My experience has been great so far. Work was very fast and price was fair or better than anyone else by at least 30%

We just got our countertops installed yesterday. Everything has been great from beginning to end and they look Beautiful. I did see bad reviews about this company but a friend of ours used them first and their counters looked great for a great price. We still wanted to get other estimates. After four estimates Beautiful was the least expensive by %15-30. so we decided to go with them. I will be recommending them to friends a family.

Buyer BEWARE!!!! Had a bad feeling from the start. Terrible customer service! Just had them show up today almost 3 hours after they promised to install 2 bathroom counter tops and a laundry room counter. Four sinks in total. First off the granite was NOT the color we chose (which we had to go pick out at M S International). Then three of the four sinks were cut off center. The one was so bad that the sink we chose wouldn't have went in anyway because a drawer was in the way. He argued with us the whole time and trying to talk over us and acted if we didn't know what we were talking about. We finally told them to stop working we didn't want this granite because it wasn't what we chose and the sinks weren't even centered. Told them we want our deposit back and to take the granite . They FINALLY left and said they would be back tomorrow with our deposit and take the granite. We are pretty sure they won't be back and we are out our deposit . I hope this stops others from having to deal with such a headache.

I am sure glad I did not listen to the other reviews..Beautiful granite was just that beautiful granite..The workmanship was exceptional..The price was 30% cheaper than other quotes. From Alex to Peter top notch..

They gave me an estimate on Saturday morning, I chose the granite same day and on Tuesday they installed the countertops in my son's townhouse. Very professional and friendly. Their quote was the lowest and they don't try to sell you any expensive stuff. I knew them because they installed granite in my house 3 or 4 years ago and no one can beat their prices. If all their customers leave reviews, they will have close to 5 stars.

BUYER BEWARE!!! RUN DONT WALK!! We purchased $15,000 in granite slabs from ciot in Troy, contracted BEAUTIFUL to do the job. It was anything but beautiful! They use the wrong sealer which soaked into the granite slabs and they are unable to remove it also the large island that was installed cracked. Their total for labor and some materials was $11,000 we paid them 5000 to start. When they figured out they couldn t fix our slabs he slapped a $15,000 lien on our house. We only owed him 6000. A complete fraudulent company, with two bozos Alex and Peter running it!! I would absolutely run from these guys do not do any work with them!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ll keep you posted on how the court case goes

Our quartz counters turned out excellent, these guys were super fast and the price was 40% less than any other competitor. Cannot recommend them enough.

Overall, exceeded my expectations! Truly lived up to it's name ...."beautiful marble & granite" in ALL three baths plus my kitchen remodel at extremely affordable prices...so appreciated by this Single Mom of two. Glad I didn't allow one or two negative reviews on this site to discourage me from going with my initial gut instinct that Alex & Peter would do great work...& they did! ! They gave me a personal tour of their work shop, answered all of my questions & they as well as their staff were ALL kind, courteous & professional. In addition, every other competitor had a a 2 to 4 week lead time to install... Peter gave me a fair price unmatched & had the work done 3 days later! Even installed a beautiful porcelain floor in my foyer to replace a dated ceramic tile...looks AMAZING, makes a grand statement in my entryway & coordinates with my kitchen granite just off the foyer BEAUTIFULLY ...thanks again, Peter for all your patience & hard work!! I'm grateful for the experience...& since I'm old school....you have one satisfied & loyal customer for LIFE!! May God Bless!
