I have been a customer of Bdo UAE for the past few years and I must say, their services have been average at best. While they claim to offer great financial solutions, I have often found their advice to be mediocre. Their customer service is also quite lacking, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. Overall, I would rate my experience with Bdo UAE as average.
