Just had a telephonic conversation with receptionist and she behaved very rudely.
Placed order on 3/12/18 and order was scheduled to ship on 3/28/18. Our order didn't ship until 4/4/18 and we received no notification of any change to the agreed schedule. We will not be able to implement our new process on time because the tags didn't come in on time. This order took too long!
