Eric, Rafael, and Martin were the best! They work great as a team and were respectful of our items. They packed up our house as if it was their own and communicated with us on each "miscellaneous" item that they thought we'd want or need. We had a couple of items that were packed that we "forgot" about and they had no problem opening boxes for us until we found them. Awesome guys! I wish we could take them with us overseas to help us unpack!

My entire process with Arpin was incredibly smooth and easy. Mat did a fantastic job explaining everything and getting me set up. He even met me where it was most convenient to drop off boxes, tape, and packing paper for me to use. Chris and Juan worked quickly and efficiently and were very cautious and careful with everything. After working a few times with Arpin America Moving Systems, we quickly found out that they are the easiest and the best moving company we've ever worked with, which is the reason for this review. Below describes our experience with them each and every time: Quote: responsive, comprehensive and always given within 24 hours. Price: super competitive; we receive best price almost all the time. Planning: working with experienced people who know what they're doing makes an easy and successful planning. Moving day: not a single time they were ever late. Always ready on time and move things SAFELY and EFFICIENTLY. We receive not a single complaint from our customers, ever. Recently, we have a 'complex city-to-city moving project, since the items we moved were mission critical server cabinets full of servers. Each cabinet was very heavy, expensive and must be handled with extreme care while going through hall ways with different type of floors and height. To make the long story short, the job was done within the estimated time and without a single scratch to the cabinet. All equipments were handled properly and all servers came back online within hours of deployment with zero issues. Moving client s critical equipment is part of our project and we need a moving company that is not only reliable, but also reflects the quality work that we do. This moving company is amazing. They were very respectful and professional. They went above and beyond.

Horrible experience even though the relocation company helped with the move. 1. They ended up scratching my car and the driver flat out denied it, I filed a complaint immediately & they do not respond. After several attempts, they got back & without understanding the issue, they said declined. 2. They ended up braking the mailbox of one of the neighbors, the poor neighbors filed a complain, but same response, declined Bottom line, they will damage your stuff & will not fix it. DO NOT USE THEM- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! ****** Hello Matt Appreciate the follow up, glad the matter was settled but as you know, this took a lot of effort and escalation as it was denied and that too several days after i wrote the original review. If it wasn't for the constant follow up & more importantly the escalation, I am positive you would have stuck with the denial. Also on the mailbox, as courtesy, the company I work for has decided to pay for the damage caused as you denied this also. Hope other customers have better luck without escalation Prashant

I had absolutely no issues with Arpin America. They provided an excellence service and made my move a breeze. I would recommend them to anyone. From the point of contact through the final moving date the company was attentive to my needs, questions and concerns. Albeit I don't want to have to move again, I wouldn't hesitate to pack it up all again to have Arpin move me.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My washer and 65" flat screen TV were in working condition prior to being loaded on the Arpin truck on Thursday, April 19, 2018. Arpin delivered our items to our newly constructed home the following morning on Friday, September 20. 2018. Both items are now severely damaged, requiring replacement versus repair. A. Washer: -Arpin contracted the breakdown and installation of my Samsung washer through a company called Moving Made Easy (MME-US"), Escondido, CA, who then contracted Shamrock Movers Services ("SMS"), Hallettsville, TX. -I was out of town for installation on Friday, September 21, 2018. My mother-in-law came to the house to provide access to the SMS technician. She said the technician started the washer but left before the cycle was finished. She also said that the error "ding" occurred after he left. -Per Arpin, MME claims the washer was secured and that the SMS technician removed it at our residence. Arpin also claims that the SMS technician stayed for the entire "test cycle" and that there was no problem. This is false, as there was standing water and sediment from the broken support in the drum. -We contact a local appliance repair company at our own expense, Ace's Appliance Repair in Keller, TX ("Ace"). He found a bend in the drum and debris from the drum support in the filter. He told us that it was a result of the drum being improperly secured by the movers. -We reported this to Arpin and they chose to contract their own 3rd party service to assess the damage and provide feedback. Arpin referred us to MME who then hired Max Appliance ("Max"), who came to the same conclusion as Ace. -Even though Max also blamed "the mover" for the damage, Arpin/MME/SMS denied any responsibility for the damage. -I hold Arpin responsible because I contracted with and paid Arpin. Arpin hired MME for the work and MME hired SMS to perform the tasks. MME hired Max as a third contractor to independently assess the damage after they knew the invoice had been signed. Then they ignored his assessment that the mover was at fault for not properly securing the drum. -Arpin is ultimately responsible to me for the damage caused by their first contractor (MME) and their second contractor (SMS) and confirmed by their third contractor (Max). B. TV: -My contract with Arpin stated that my Samsung 65" flat screen would be secured in a carton. I was charged $125 for a special carton for the TV to be packed in but the carton was not used. The TV was not placed in any type of container. Instead, it was wrapped and taped in plain packing paper. -Upon powering up the TV for the first time, there appeared to be lines across the screen and what looked like material peeling inside the screen panel. -I cannot pick up the TV by myself so I took pictures of the screen and took the pictures to Best Buy to see if they could diagnose the problem without me taking it into the store. The Best Buy service technicians diagnosed the problem immediately from the photos. They explained that the liquid crystal is bleeding inside the panel, which is caused by trauma or excessive physical pressure applied to that area of the screen. -Arpin replied that my claim will most likely be denied because there was no exterior damage visible and they don't know if the TV was like that prior to the move. C. Responses and denials from Arpin and MME have included: -Blaming financial responsibility on each other. -Insisting that they were not negligent in any way and that the burden of proof is on me to prove their negligence. -Implying that the the damage to the items may be due to normal vibrations present in any moving vehicle, despite Arpin being the only transporter of my TV since it was delivered to my home in February 2017. D. My expenses: -$885 for replacement washer -$1,169 to replace TV -$125 unused TV carton -$389 ineffective washer/dryer kit -$65.00 for MME's 3rd party repair service (Max) TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT: $2,633 UPDATE 10/23/18: No response from the company. Why do business with a company that doesn't care about their public perception?

This is Patricia Caro, Eric, Rafael and Rene just packed us for the past 2 days for an international move. The service has been too notch, the crew is very professional and efficient with great personalities! We were grateful to have them again with this big move!!!

Just so yall know when you're moved by Arpin they pressure you into leaving a review on the spot with them there watching. So that's why pretty much every review you'll see is 5 stars. Arpin is an average moving company, nothing special. Service was ok. They arrived 4 hours early so I wasn't ready for them. Communication was lacking. Everything was packed and arrived safely aside from a couple of glasses.

Eric and his team quickly and carefully unloaded and helped unpack all my belongings for my out-of-state move from California to Texas. Not only did the team arrive on-time (at ~9:05 a.m., I was told between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.), but they easily surveyed my apartment complex and found the most efficient method of delivering my belongings. I noticed the team members took extra care, even handling the large furniture (specifically my dresser), and even caught issues before they happened. I was piling stuff against a wall in my bedroom, and Eric informed me, "we're going to need to put the dresser there." And he was right! The team knew my belongings better than I did! My relocation service selected Arpin America, and I am happy they did! My movers in California (my origin) were four (4) hours late, had poor communication, and did not instill confidence securing my belongings. Wonderfully, Eric and his team communicated professionally, clearly, and courteously. They delivered all my belongings on time, helped me unpack, disposed of both moving debris and other debris, and went the extra mile, like use some cardboard to rest my crated pictures on to protect my floor: so thoughtful! I recommend Arpin America. Five (5) stars.

The movers damaged the floors and wall paint in my new construction home, then lied to claim adjusters and said it was "pre-existing". They acknowledged that they damaged my home at the time, then changed their story. It's a brand new house, no floors were damaged. I will contact the BBB.

I requested an online quote for moving on August 13th. I received no response within 24 hours so I called them. Their director of sales, Matthew Senatore, suggested we meet Monday 8/22/16 (some 9 days later) so he could see what needed to be moved. We finished the overview of items that needed shipping by 10:30. Matthew told me he would get back with me ASAP. By 6:00pm that night, I'd not heard anything so I emailed. No response as of 8:00pm so I called the number he'd provided via his business card and left a message. No response received the following day so I called the company. He emailed me after I called them, stating that he'd told me it would be late Tuesday afternoon before he could give me a quote, however he did not tell me this. His customer service was unresponsive, he made excuse after excuse and treated me like I was a pain in his butt. He then called me around 2:20 Tuesday to say that the quote was for 6,500.00. I nearly fell over. I told him no thanks and hired another mover who quoted me 4100.00 for the exact same move. Stay away from this company. They suck!

The crew who was in charge of delivering, unpacking, putting our furniture together was extremely professional. They came Day before our delivery to ask us what we needed to be done and how we wanted things to be handled. They were extremely respectful of our belongings and made sure to protect our new flooring and new paint job. They worked non stop with barely any breaks. They managed to uncrate an extremely heavy statue for us and place it where it needed to go. Each person in the crew made sure to thank us when the day was over I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if I needed to move. Thank you to Eric who was the main person in charge, and to Rafael, Adrian,Martin, Robert and roger for their patience, professionalism and great attitude even in the 100+ degree heat. I decided to use Arpin America after receiving one of their postcards in the mail. As soon as I spoke with the office to schedule my initial in home estimate, I knew I was in good hands. The lady on the phone was polite while helping me get the appointment time that best fit my schedule. My appointment with the sales associate, Ryan, couldn t have gone any better. It took him approximately 30 minutes to survey my home; he was knowledgeable, and very respectful. He gave me a guaranteed not to exceed price and was one of the only movers I had seen to do so! Most importantly the movers arrived at 8am; were very polite and responsive to my needs, they protected all of my hard wood floors before they started, and needless to say, didn t damage a single item! I will definitely use/recommend Arpin America again!
