It was generally good, but most of meats are too salty for my taste. Salad bar is great!

If you are coming from out of state to work here dont. They will promise you they have 10 years of work and want to hire direct. Problem is they have a reputation for hiring and firing in waves going from 75 employees to 2-300 employees and back to 75. They hire college grads and pay them peanuts so if you expect to go direct you Better not expect more than $25-30hr. Bellingham is an expensive place to live all be it beautiful. There is also an epidemic of heroin use and homelessness. I came to anvil spent $15,000 moving there only to get laid off 1.5 years later with nothing to show for it. I had to spend another $15K moving back to Texas. This is a shady company that only cares about its bottom line and it's few greedy administrators that run there poorly managed ESOP. When I was there direct hires complained about not getting a raise for 3 years because of expansion and contraction of the company. During that time another company from Alaska set up shop and a large potion of there senior employees left for greener pastures. Of course when you do get laid off plan on moving cause there isn't any other work in BHAM unless you're a dope smoking hippy who blows glass bongs as a hobby. I loved living in BHam I hated working at Anvil. I have 25 years experience and got paird up with old guys that couldnt opperate a computer where I ended up doing there jobs while they took credit and belittled me. I was simply a data entry guy while i was there never getting the opportunity to actually work for them. Ironically i returned to Texas to manage a department of designers. Smh - I look back on it as a nice 1.5 year $30k vacation.

This is an amazing company to work with. Their focus is on oil and gas engineering services and they do work for many refineries in the Pacific Northwest, not to mention in other states like California, Montana and Alaska. Their work is done with great attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

I was really impressed with how far these people are pushing modern science and engineering to make the anvils of the future. From gravity anchored anvils, to anvils to accessorize your bathroom or as a surprise gift to a toddler for their bris, to anvils that attract all manner of hammers for your smithing needs, there's an anvil out there for you.
I've even heard that the comedian, Gallagher, wants to be smashed on a modern anvil although he didn't specify if it was posthumous or not (one can only hope!).
So whether you're looking to beef up your testosterone chops as a back yard blacksmith. a new hood ornament or looking for the right tool to drop on obnoxious road runners in the desert, Anvil Corp has you covered.
