I ordered a navy blue slouch boot and the ruching, for the slouch, is not on the outside of the right boot. I am disappointed and it's too late to replace for Christmas.

Bought satin pjs, very pretty blue flowered print but after one wash, side seam on top came apart.....cheaply made....too bad or I would buy more......have left AmeriMark since. No long want their merchandise.
Terrible customer service and I can't use my easy pay on line. But they Hv all my information. Had me order all these shoes to tell me I can't unless I use a cc or I need a catalog number so why show me shoes on line. Tell me I Hv the plan but they can't put the number in the system I was pissed really wanted those shoes! I just noticed $14.95 charge on my account, & realize how long has this charge has been taken out of my account, looking back on my bank records, she nice July 2018. I am having my bank Charge-Back these UNATHORIZED Charges!!! After reading all the complaints about this company, not bother to waste time with their customer service!!!! Will definitely report to BBB, and the Media! Ugh! Crooks!
Today I called AmeeMark customer service about a bag I had ordered and rcvd Jan 223rd 18 ....I explained that the high priced bag I purchased is already coming apart inside and outside and that the handle is going to fall off the purse...Well unfortunately I was told they will not send a replacement nor do anything about it..So I asked to speak with supervisor and was told that I would just be told the same thing. So I told her to make sure she notes on my account I will never order another piece of merchandise from this company. As you would think paying a 100.00 for a purse it would last longer than 45 days. I'm absolutely dissappointed in this company and their customer service concerns..
This company should remove "Ameri" from their company branding...there is nothing even remotely American about AmeriMark. The motley apparel they peddle is made by child slaves in China. The people who populate their call-center are all offshore, are poor English speakers, and have no understanding of how their own website works. If you place an order in late summer for winter fashion items, the order will be shipped the following spring...after winter has passed. I told them to quit sending me their bogus catalogs with bogus offers that they know they will not honor. In fact, this company is about as honorable as a Nigerian scammer, or the Trump family industries (same difference).
Today 7/7/2020 at 355p Central, I called CS and spoke with Chel who was less than professional and courteous. I needed an override on my shipping address which had been done before. No response after I finished speaking. After awhile I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager with no response other than why. After a few minutes with no response or supervisor I said I was hanging up extremely dissatisfied.. So this notice and soon a letter to corporate headquarters. Customer Service not friendly and happy in her job.
I ordered some shoes from AmeriMark and NEVER RECEIVED THEM. Only kept getting post card with a later date. Stating that the item was out of stock. Call for a refund and have yet to receive that as Well. They keep your money and don't send what you ordered. I'll NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!
This is a mail order company...if you need things and want to make payment call these people they will charge a little extra but you pay over a year. Not a bad company if you are just starting a home.
I ordered a foam bed wedge from Amerimark last summer or so. The price was reasonable, the product was American made. The delivery was super fast, but I attribute that to the fact that I live 2-2 1/2 hours east of Cleveland- which probably explains why I got my order quickly. I only ordered once from them so far, but was pleased with my experience.
I ordered 5 items on Dec.7 for Christmas presents. I quickly got an email confirmation of my order, and the status said shipping in 10 to 12 days. I am still waiting for my items to arrive. I have called 3 different times and have been told by customer service 3 different lies. And on last check my items are slated to arrive Jan 7. When I requested a refund all of a sudden. I was told that my items had shipped. When I checked online they had Not!! Please DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE LIARS AND CON ARTIST. I WILL NEVER, EVER USE THEM AGAIN. AND IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD. AND THEY CHARGE AN EXTRA FEE FOR COVID FOR THEIR WORKERS.Which I dont mind but really lousy customer service.
Super slow in sending merchandise compared to other on-line retailers. It's annoying to wait a month for your order to arrive.
They sent me the wrong size. I sent it back and asked for the correct size. The sent the correct size alright and a bill for additional money.
It should be mandatory that each and every customer service representative @ Amerimark participate in a bi-annual course entitled "Compassion and Empathy 101." That's all I got.
WARNING Before you buy anything from this company. If you have to exchange the item/s YOU pay for the shipping back and forth......Amerimark doesn't make it easy for you and you are out the money for return postage. BUYER BEWARE!
I have ordered from Amerimark many, many times and have never had an issue and the one and only time I had to return an item, all went well.
My mother is a customer with all the company's together. Amerimark, Anthony Richards, ect. She has always had great services from these companies. Professional customer services and always got what she ordered. Described as what was in the catalogue. She has been a customer for the last 10 years and had 2 mistakes made with her order that was took care of in a timely manner.
I've ordered from them at least 7-8 times. Most of the items I received, I really liked. Some weren't exactly what I was expecting but when I went back and re-read the description, I realized I either assumed something or didn't bother to read in full and for the most part, that was the problem. The one time I did have a problem with a charge - I didn't get the sale price on a pair of shoes - they fixed it within 24 hours. I'm in NO WAY affiliated with this company. I'm just a customer. I'm happy with them and will no doubt order again in the future.
Awful company. Recommend not wasting money on the junk they sell. Bought a pair of boots. Because the sizing was so off and the sewing was so poor, the left one rubbed a big sore in the back of my ankle the first time I wore them. Called Customer Service and explained I would be sending them back and would like not to be charged for return shipping because they were defective. The agent told me she recorded my comments and I would not be charged for the return. Also wrote a letter explaining why I was returning the boots and that Customer Service told me I would not be charged for the return. When the return check arrived, $9.99 had been deducted with no explanation or acknowledgement of my conversations with the company or of the promises the made. So all I got for my trouble was a bloody ankle, wasted time calling and writing the company, and a $9.99 loss for having trusted Amerimark to be a reputable company. It's a mistake I won't make again. Will never order the junk Amerimark sells from any of their many brand names.

This place is terrible! I requested a catalog back in March and it is now the first week of may and I still haven't received it. Every time I call they keep telling me it takes 39-60 days to receive the catalog. Duh! I know that already! It has now been 6 weeks and still no catalog! I don't know why they are still open! They need to he closed permanently!
Trying to talk to customer service is frustrating and futile. Reps are rude and do not speak English very well. I tried to order a few items online using the Easy Pay Plan that I was approved for and it would not allow me to place the order. I then called the customer service number and after 45 minutes of repeating my order several times over the phone and getting a different price and shipping amount than what's advertised on their catalog, I gave up and hung up without placing the order. For heaven's sake!!! If they can't get an order right over the phone to start with, what do I have to look forward to when my order is shipped and I have an issue with it? Nope, I'm not going to put myself through this all over again.
Shady, no customer service at all. Their "buy 2, get one free" fragrance deal is more like "buy 2, get none free". The third fragrance ordered went "out of stock" the moment I placed the order, then quietly canceled a week later. Website contact form is useless, they don't answer emails. BBB complaint is the best bet to deal with them.
They changed my billing address to my cousin's name after I sent my cousin a gift. They did this without my knowledge. Then they put a fraud alert on my account. Then they shut down my account online without my knowledge. Customer service did nothing to make me feel secure. The managers didn't help me. They did nothing they said they'd do. They were supposed to give me a percent off my bill since they severely screwed up. Who changes someone's account to another person's name without their knowledge? Amerimark customer service is rude and they lied to me. They did nothing to keep me as a customer.
This is the worst store to shop on line the reason I don't like them is of one thing they charge you for something you may not have happen. They say it's for if, if you lose your ordered items now this is stealing What if you don't lose your order you don't get your money back. If they are charging all the customers two dollars this can come out to be allot of money. So, I don't shop at this place because of they are stealing from everyone.
Ordered several items. Leisure bras on back order that's ok. Got remaing order. Poor quality fabrics on all items so sent back and received credit on my credit card. Received a phone call that leisure bras still on back order. Told rep to cancel the order. Well, yes you got it they arrived. Dont want them now. Do not want to pay to ship back. Call 1-877 phone number and all it does is ring then cuts you off. Screwed another customer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A FARCE. All I can say is KARMA!!

I have had nothing but problems with this company. I am trying to send things back and has no return label. They said I would not get one. I said WHAT?? Well then I guess I keep the useless stuff and you wipe my bill clean. Oh well now he puts me on hold and comes back and says they will mail me one. All this because I finally had to tell him you do not treat customers like this! So I am getting one because it is over $100.00. So today June 2, 2018 I get a bill for $223.28. So I called and for a.lady who said I still have a few days to wait for the return label. I could tell she was reading his notes. So I told her our discussion and she said yes some things do not qualify for a label. I said everybody has a right to return things and a right to have a label in which to so so! So she said just ignore the bill until I get a new one once this has been returned. I was like yeah right. I don't think so. Bottom line if I order again from this company whose magazine orders you pay Ameri Mark for, I will make damn sure I want and need the item and cannot get it anywhere else.I have another order which I don't want to cancel but if I have one more problem with this return order I shall stop buying from the magazines that you have to pay Ameri Mark.
Worst company ever! (the only reason I gave them one star is because I did not know how to post with out giving any stars...or even negative stars) I ordered a tunic from them in February. The gentleman told me it was back ordered until mid May. I placed my order and began my wait. A week ago (first week of March), the item arrived. I also got a post card the next day (after the order arrived) stating that my order was back ordered and is expected to arrive on __/__/__. I left the dates blank because there was not actually an arrival date. I laughed since the back order post card with no arrival date came after the item! But then I opened the item. It was nothing like the man had described. It was suppose to be 32-34 inches long, a tunic. It was a belly shirt. It came just past my belly button, and I am 5'4"! So I returned it. They charged me 5.99 to ship the sorry excuse of an item to me and then charged me 5.99 to return it...which somehow adds up to $13. I called them to explain, that while They provided no service and shipped an incorrect item, that I was willing to pay for one of the shipping charges and chalk it up to a lesson learned and never order again. I talked to two accounts reps that were extremely rude and talked to me as though I was illiterate. One girl actually said "did you READ the return label? WE DON'T pay for items returned!". I advised her that I do not pay for them to ship bad items. After the third person, I advised that I offered half, which is more than they deserved. They declined, at which point, I advised that I will not pay for either shipping charge and they can spend an additional fee trying to collect it. Please be advised, if you order from this company, the items are not as pictured or described; the customer service is exactly what you would expect from a poorly rated company; and you can get better product and service from your local Dollar General (which is where I think they got my tunic from).
They lied about receiving the product never received it an still took money out of my account after telling me they didn't i will give the no star an call the .BBB. ASAP

I have had to call over 8 times to get an order corrected. You end up speaking with someone in an nother country that doesn t speak or understand English. This every time I call it is making the situation worse. Horrible experience don t order from them
This company is a scam and they give out my companies work phone number when people have a billing issue. We are inundated with phone calls from people that are being repeatedly charged, never received ordered, and being charged for orders they never placed. It's sad and I wish they would stop giving out our phone number.
This is not a good company. They offered free shipping but not if purchase was online ( I found this out only after I had to fill out several forms) Also it was not clear that the perks program is a $15 a month recurring charge. Beware.

My mom, Ordered from them. They messed up on the orders set things she canceled, and she had to pay shipping and her account is still messed up.one ring was ordered came in wrong she called and canceled it. They just send her the ring again, I know she is upset
