It is good to check these guidelines to avoid hassle. In this heat of Manaus, I could not enter because I was in shorts (knee height). So it is good to observe the guidelines, bring all documentation, including proof of residence. I didn't see any phones on anyone's desk, so I think phone contact is unfeasible.
