I have been flying with Air India LTD for many years now and I have always had a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The flights are usually on time and the in-flight entertainment options are good. The only downside is that the seats are a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I would rate Air India LTD as average.
