The staff are wonderful friendly and helpful, the bar is nice and pretty cheap, and the hostel is centrally located with convenient public transport.
However the rooms are overfilled, the lockers are not secure, the bathrooms/showers are in need of maintenence and there was mould on the bedroom ceiling.
It's a better than average mid range hostel.

A great hostel with a welcoming atmosphere! The staff (mostly volunteers) offered me to have dinner with them, had a movie night and were generally really nice and helpful! Besides that, the hostel's bathroom facilities were perfectly clean. The hostel is in a very good location between the Bahai gardens and the train station. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Bus to Nazareth at the street corner. Best place in town to meet local people.

Conveniently placed on the corner of the German Colony, it is a great budget accommodation for all types of traveler. The staff were extremely friendly on arrival and helpful with all my questions and needs.
The showers are hot. The beds were comfy, but the air con in the cheaper dorm room was very cold. I'm sure this can be adjusted. And the outside toilet could be refurbished and the lock mechanism more sturdy.
Slight difficulty in finding the place and had to ask around. A large sign outside may be helpful. Otherwise an excellent place that feels very cosy and family like.
The free breakfast was a nice touch. Having an open kitchen was nice. Really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again!

Youth hostel at the foot of the Baha'i terraces. The rooms are ok. The Palestinian breakfast is plentiful. It lacks a bit of atmosphere but the clean is nice.

Great hostel- clean and basic accommodations in the heart of Haifa, with an amazing staff, feel breakfast, and live music once a week at the adjacent bar. You feel like family during your stay.

The hostel is OK, but not more. I wouldn't stay here again. The breakfast is OK with bread, hummus, salad, eggs and some cream cheese. Coffee and tea is always for free. But there are only a few showers and the rooms are to small for the number of people they put in. You don't have enough hooks or things like that for your close. The lockers aren't very secure and I had fungus on my room... Very close are though little shops and bars, public transportation is close as well as the famous gardens.

Half of traveler and half of staffs or long stay person. That's a little different with other hostel s.

No towels, no shampoo is given, no lockers. One sholld pay adiitionally for every thing. Breakfast is meagre. And all this for 90/night.

One of the best hostels i stayed at in Israel. Staff is fantastic, and the bar downstairs has decent prices. Centrally located right next to the bus stop, so it is really easy to sight see and to get to the beach.

The floor was dirty.
The shower was cold.
The breakfast was 1 glass of milk, coffee and 1 bread for two people.

A historic hotel, one of the few places still run by the owners who inhabited the place before Israel exiled most of the population in 1948.

Excellent and affordable hostel in downtown Haifa. Cozy common areas, excellent interior full of character, delicious breakfast and more. Owners and volunteers are super friendly and helpful.

The cheapest dorm room was a bit run down. No plugs worked except two, there was an AC though. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent. There where alot of community areas.
