Christi and her team are the best catering company in the triad. They are accommodating and always professional. Their service always exceeds me expectations and they have a very friendly staff. I highly recommend Above and Beyond to anyone in need of a caterer. I have YET to have a meal that did not taste phenomenal from them!
Above & Beyond Catering recently catered an off season graduation event for us at Starlight Meadow in Burlington. The food was fantastic and their web site with menu recommendations was extremely helpful. Staff worked closely with us for the event and packaged all leftovers and were extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend them for any catering event across the Piedmont Triad area.
One of the best decisions my event planning and decor company made was to hire Above and Beyond Catering. Christi and her staff were professional, amenable, and very economical for the outstanding service they delivered. Christi paid attention to detail, responded quickly to all concerns and inquiries, and made her portion of our event a breeze. The menu selections were customized to the approval of our client without any stress or haggling and most of all the food was AMAZING. The guests ravished each entree/appetizer and raved over how well it was prepared. As an event planner it can be a gamble selecting a vendor with no prior history, especially concerning catering. Many people came up to me and mentioned that this was the best catering food that they'd ever had, or that it had been the best wedding food they'd ever had.
The servers who took care of us were so attentive and polite and thought of everything.
It's the little things when it comes to good service and they remebered even the tiniest detail. They boxed food up for us to take with us, as we were almost too busy to eat, and remembered that I'd mentioned I didn't like salad. They boxed one with salad for my husband and one without for me. That really impressed me.
We used Above and Beyond for my daughter's weeding last weekend and everything was great! Christy was a pleasure to work with and the food was fantastic. The staff in attendance were very professional and attentive to the guests. I would highly recommend Above and Beyond Catering.....the name truly fits.
Above and beyond was simply amazing for my wedding reception. Working in the catering business I was pretty picky about menu selection and service. Christi & her team met and surpassed every expectation I had. I loved the tasting they provided us before we made our decision. I was also a COVID bride and Christi helped me through the whole process and was so accommodating. The food was outstanding and the execution was absolutely amazing. The setup was perfect, the servers were great. Tracy was a fantastic leader. I couldn't say enough good things about our experience with Above & Beyond. I will be sure to use them in the future and make sure to recommend to new brides.

This wonderful group of people catered my daughter s wedding at Summerfield Farms. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We had so many compliments on how great the food was. The tables were set beautifully. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The servers and bartenders were so sweet. I must ve contacted them at least 20 times before the wedding and they were so responsive and accommodating. They made our daughter s wedding spectacular.
Above & Beyond was incredible responsive and accommodating leading up to our wedding. They provided a menu with a diverse choice of foods for us to select, and they don't charge unnecessarily for rentals and alcohol! HIGHLY recommend.
Above and Beyond s staff and food are absolutely top-notch. A&B recently catered my wedding and they were so easy to work with, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. The food was delicious and we received many compliments about it after the wedding. The team on-site was so impressive, flexible, and accommodating. The weather was not great and we had to make adjustments last minute to try to keep people dry. The A&B team had already set the tables early and were ready to receive guests much earlier than we had planned. We also had to delay the dinner by 45 minutes and that did not seem to phase the caterers at all. All the food was still hot and tasty when we all sat down for dinner. Everyone on the staff was so nice and said multiple times that they just really wanted to make sure we had a great event. They certainly delivered and we would highly recommend them!
INSANE....The food was just the appetizer to this service. Yes, it was fantastic, and everyone was asking "who provide this great tasting food". It did not stop there, the service was fast, professional, and it was like having family there providing for us. Lucas and Leah's wedding was a joy, and blessed to have "Above and Beyond" as part of our experience. I not only recommend them, but state..."if you are not considering Above and Beyond,,,,you are doing yourself a disservice.

Our High Point Newcomers club had their Holiday dinner dance at the Elks Lodge last night. Above & Beyond provided the food which was absolutely fabulous! The chicken Marsala was moist, tender & delicious. The beef tenderloin was fantastic done to perfection, with a red wine reduction that was so good I actually wiped it up with my bread. the sides went perfectly with the meal. In addition to the fabulous food, the service was great. I was amazed because the cost was so reasonable. It was so great it makes me want to join the Elks Lodge just to go there to eat.

If you're looking for an exceptional caterer in the Triad area that is friendly and affordable, look no further than Above & Beyond! Our wedding was 8/13/16 and I never had any doubts about our catering once we booked Above & Beyond. First of all they are, hands down, the most affordable caterer in this area. Secondly, their food is absolutely delicious! Their menus are HUGE so you are sure to find exactly what you're looking for. We went through Above & Beyond for everything - food, bar service, linens, etc. At our tasting appointment we were blown away at how professional they were. We met with Alexis and loved her right away! Instead of preparing just small bites of each dish, they cooked FULL PORTIONS of everything for us! I really felt special at the tasting appointment because they had a formal table set up for us, complete with linens and china. Something else that I really appreciated - their response time to my emails. As a bride, you tend to get rather antsy when waiting for a response to a question that you've asked one of your vendors. With Above & Beyond, I never felt that way because Christi always emailed me back right away! Additionally, all our other vendors (cake, venue, florist) were so happy to hear that our caterer was Above & Beyond because they were all familiar with them and knew how well they worked with everyone in town! On our wedding day, everything was perfect, including the catering. All our guests kept telling us how much they loved the food and the service! I'm so proud to say that I was an Above & Beyond Bride :) I hope that this review has helped you decide who to use as your caterer! Good luck with your planning process!!
The food, service, professionalism, and accountability of this company is completely outstanding! We got married on June 2nd, 2017 and all our guests have talked about since then is the food!! Everyone was so courteous and professional it was just incredible. We had tons of leftover food and our guests took some home, we got messages from them for days after saying how delicious the food is and how they cannot get enough of the cheddar biscuits, corn bread, and bbq!! I would highly recommend this company.

Above & Beyond Catering was a wonderful group to work with for my wedding in August 2019. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Food is Delicious and Service is wonderful. Quick response from the beginning on quotes, food options, plate settings, table linens, bartenders and easy help figuring out what we wanted with our budget. The staff the day of the wedding helped setup the tables with guests serving buffet style and made sure plates were made for me and my groom when we were finally had a moment to eat it was ready and specially made for us. We got a cocktail hour fruits, cheese and crackers, reception had salad, chicken and steak options with sides and bread. Staff helped serve alcohol and cut up our cake to serve to our guests after we made our first cut. On top of all the wonderful help were we didn't have to worry if it was being taken care of they made to-go food for us to eat the night of the wedding when it was just the two of us and saved us wine we preferred to take home. Along with all the rest of the remaining food that was eaten over the next month. I'm saving the wine for our one year anniversary. Thank you for your wonderful help ! :) <3
We are so happy with our experience working with Above and Beyond Catering! We used them for my bridal shower as well as our wedding reception and the catering at both events was superb. Christie and her crew were a joy to work with and were always very responsive to e-mails, willing to let us try basically their entire menu and gave great advice all along the way for how the "flow" of the evening would work, whether we should do a buffet or food stations, what guests' preferences are, vendor suggestions, etc... And to top it all off, they are amazingly priced based on what you get (the most delicious food)! Above and Beyond Catering literally goes above and beyond to make your event stress-free and enjoyable. They are timely, thoughtful, professional, organized, and helpful. I would certainly recommend Above and Beyond to anyone hosting an event (big or small). You and your guests will be so happy.
I used Above and Beyond for my wedding and let me tell you they LITERALLY went above and beyond. The food was delicious. Definitely top tier when it comes to catering. My guest raved about it well after the wedding, I did not hear a single complaint. I had vegetarians and vegans as well and they also enjoyed their food. The service was amazing from tasting through event. I did not have to worry about anything on the catering end they were very professional and organized. When it came to wedding day they did more than their share. They worked with my coordinator in every aspect that she needed help from setting tables, to moving things around. I felt like I had an extra friend there all night they were there to hold things for me and even had a hair tie present when I was on the dance floor. The best people to work with, highly recommend them both as a wedding planner and a bride!

Such great service and delicious food!! The wait staff and bartenders were so great! They catered our wedding and the waitress brought our (bride and groom's only) food to us so we had more time to say hi to other guests before eating. Definitely recommend them!

Did a tasting with my fiance a couple months ago. Wasn't impressed with the taste of the food. The attitude of the lady that conducted the tasting was a bit cocky and she didn't seem interested in catering to what we wanted or going above and beyond as in the name suggested so we decided to go with another caterer.

Above and Beyond Catering lived up to its name... They went above and beyond in every aspect of their services. From a tasting fit for a king (literally the most fun planning the wedding I had), to immediate responses, to delectable food (which everyone commented on), to packing up ALL the leftovers for us, they were wonderful.

I have loved this place from the beginning when we did our taste testing. They let us try a wide variety of food rather than just a couple so we could narrow down our wedding menu. When it came close to the wedding day, they were great at answering my million of questions. During the wedding, the food tasted just as good as it did when we taste tested it. The staff was wonderful and I was thankful they got me and my husband food to ensure we ate. We also got a bartender through them but provided the alcohol and he was AMAZING. So glad we made the decision to hire them for our special day.

Above and Beyond Catering is nothing short of the best. They were unbelievably accommodating, timely, kind-hearted people and truly went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure we had the best wedding possible. It only helped seal the deal that they were affordable- but to be honest, their customer service was so outstanding, that they would've been hired by us regardless. Anything that was in their control, they made sure was above and beyond any expectations I may have had. Their business name is truly an accurate description of the service they provide. I cannot say enough good things about their catering services, but I will definitely recommend to any and everyone I come across.
5 stars aren't enough to describe how amazing Above and Beyond Catering truly is! Christi is super responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails, she normally responds within a few hours. Talking to her is like talking to a friend and she is super accommodating! I had a few special requests for some of my guests at my wedding on April 28th, 2018 and Christi took care of it no problem! On top of that her staff is super professional and friendly and the food is so delicious! Seriously the BBQ hush puppies are to die for! Highly recommend and I guarantee they will go above and beyond all your expectations!
