The organization offers a wide range of programs and services that cater to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism spectrum disorder. These programs are designed to provide support, education, training, and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
One of the key programs offered by AbilityFirst is their Adult Day Programs. These programs provide a safe and supportive environment where adults with developmental or physical disabilities can participate in activities that promote socialization, independence, and personal growth. The program includes activities such as art classes, music therapy sessions, cooking classes, fitness classes, community outings and more.
Another important program offered by AbilityFirst is their Employment Services Program. This program helps individuals with disabilities find meaningful employment opportunities that match their skills and interests. The program provides job coaching services as well as ongoing support to ensure success on the job.
