I recently ordered from Rare Tea Cellar and I must say, their teas are exceptional. The quality and flavor are unmatched. I highly recommend their Earl Grey tea. It's the best I've ever tasted. The packaging was also very elegant and secure. Overall, a great tea-shopping experience!
