🥐 I love Proof Bakery! The pastries here are always fresh and delicious. The croissants are flaky and buttery, just like they should be. The pain au chocolat is my favorite, with a generous amount of chocolate inside. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Can't recommend it enough!
