I have been a customer of the Neighborhood Association Of The Back Bay INC for several years now, and I must say that their services have been quite average. While they are reliable and generally get the job done, there is nothing particularly outstanding about their work. They are just your typical neighborhood association. Overall, I would recommend them if you are looking for a basic level of service.
