Dirty rooms, bad service, and even worse management. Kiddie pool was down most of the day. They kept telling us it was going to be fixed and it took all day. My daughter couldn't enjoy herself, due to her being scared of the big kids side. Big fight broke out and guns were pulled. Cops didn't eve stop the guy who pulled out the gun. Then management gave him a refund and let him go. As other guest went to the front desk to stress their concern about their safety, Management called the cops on them saying they had the gun. When clearly you let the man with the gun go. Very unhappy and will not be back.
