I recently tried Proof Bakery for the first time and I must say, their pastries are simply amazing! The croissants were flaky and buttery, and the pain au chocolat was the perfect balance of chocolate and pastry. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious treats!
