I recently interacted with a company for employment opportunities. The company has a great reputation and they seemed to be doing some interesting work. The website was informative and easy to navigate. I had a positive impression until I realized that they do not value their employees' work-life balance. This was a major disappointment and I decided not to pursue any further. The lack of work-life balance is definitely a concern and I wouldn't recommend this company to others.
