I've been using Spectrum, Guatemala for a while now, and I find their service to be quite average. The internet speed is decent, but there have been some instances of disruptions. The customer support is generally helpful, but there have been a few instances where the resolution took longer than expected. Overall, I would rate Spectrum as an average company.
