I found my experience with Workgroup to be average. The website was easy to navigate and the overall process of using their services was smooth. However, I did encounter a few issues along the way that required some extra effort on my part to resolve. The customer support was helpful in addressing my concerns, but it could have been more efficient. Overall, I would rate Workgroup as an average company to work with.
