In general I have tried to avoid staffing agencies due to the impersonal experiences that I had in the past. I saw a great job posted and decided to take a chance on working with an agency again. It ended up being the best experience I have had to date. Jackie was genuinely warm and concerned with my needs. When I told her what salary I wanted to reach she advocated for me and my level of experience to get me into my range. I start work at a great company in the next few days as a permanent hire and I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend this agency to other job seekers based on the great experience that I had!
