I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate InstallTracker as average. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The tracking feature provided by InstallTracker is quite helpful in keeping track of installations. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. Overall, it's a decent service.
