I recently moved into Chalet Gardens LLC and so far, my experience has been average. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the maintenance response time could be better. The apartment was clean and in good condition when I moved in, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be fixed. Overall, I would say it's a decent place to live.
