I have been a customer of Spectrum, Guatemala for several years now, and I must say that their service is truly average. The internet speed is decent, but there have been several occasions when I experienced frequent disruptions. The customer support is responsive, but sometimes the representatives are not able to provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, I would rate Spectrum, Guatemala as an average company.
