I will never order from Georgetown cupcakes again....

I will never order from Georgetown cupcakes again. A friend was traveling to DC for work and had a death in the family so I ordered cupcakes to help cheer her up. Georgetown cupcakes failed not once, BUT TWICE to deliver the cupcakes to her. I called on both days to confirm they would be delivered and was assured they would be. I don t understand how a company that ships throughout the US has a problem delivering cupcakes within a ten mile radius. Now the cupcakes that were supposed to help cheer up my friend are utterly useless.
