I ve been a property owner for years in one of the complexes they took over , since their take over it s been the most frustrating , unbelievably upsetting time ! The staff are extremely rude , unprofessional and the amount of money spent on levies is really not worth the service and services received! Last month I informed the agent that I m changing banks , payed the levies in advance however they still debited my old account and charged me for debit order rejection fees !? How is that even possible? I couldn t rent out my unit as it overlooks the pool which was not maintained by the property management,. The company always refuses to take responsibility of their actions and errors. Where does one go from here? Am I supposed to sell my unit because I m extremely dissatisfaction with how this company handles incidents. Where can we formally file a complaints and have action taken against Whitfields s as there are so many unhappy clients that are being ripped off and are still paying their hard earned money to this company. The must be a way forward!
