My experience with Geniuslink has been average. The link management features are decent, but I feel like there could be more customization options available. The tracking and analytics provided are satisfactory, although I have seen some discrepancies in the data. The customer support team has been helpful, but at times the response time has been longer than expected. While it gets the job done, I believe there is room for improvement in certain areas.
