- slowest elevators I've ever seen
- worst sleep I've gotten the in a hotel room (over multiple stays) mostly due to absurdly loud ac that runs constantly but mostly just dries the air out and poorly regulates the temperature
- 45 minute wait for check in
+ amazing pool with water slide
+ Free WiFi
+ some rooms have great views, some not so much
I'd never choose to stay here (or in Gatlinburg) but attend conferences here annually, and this is definitely no where near the worst place that these conferences are held.
