I visited a mental health organization recently and had a rather mixed experience. The staff there seemed friendly and approachable, but the overall service was not up to my expectations. The therapy sessions did not yield the desired results, and I felt like I didn't receive the attention and support I needed. The website, basisdichtbij.nl, could have been more user-friendly and visually appealing as well.
