Had problems to start, must have been a corrupt hard drive, the owners of the company are very dedicated to making sure you're taking care of. The owner(at least I think the owner ) himself helped out a lot with getting me a replacement notebook. I'm overall abit upset with the tech support, and customer service. I'm on the way to sending in my original notebook for a new one the process with the owner is very quick and he's actually waiting on me to finish up. Overall I feel the company is safe to work with and has a good return policy if you're not happy. I just feel the owner could afford to re-evaluate some of the staff, both tech support and customer service. Along with improving the stress testing.
