I have tried to order cupcakes online for 2 days and each time I was given an error message and I did not get through every time I called. Today I drove to the shop to buy what I needed for the graduation and they recommended that I go to Bethesda, MD instead. I ended up at Safeway buying a cake. It does not matter how good they taste if the customer service is horrible.

Two years ago I ordered cupcakes for a birthday gathering and they did not send me the full order. They did refund me but it was pretty embarrassing when half of the guests did not get cake.
