I had an average experience with Innovative Concepts In Entertainment. The company website, icegame.com, has a decent selection of games, but the customer service was lacking. I found it difficult to get in touch with a representative and when I did, they were not very helpful. The games themselves were fun to play, but there were some technical issues with a few of them. Overall, my experience was just okay.
